ABOUT MARTHA CHAN
I am a Success Coach who dares individuals, managers, and business owners to dream and succeed.
I am also a serial entrepreneur. The various businesses I have owned empowered millions of individuals with relationship issues and have serviced hundreds of small businesses. I understand and appreciate the commitment and challenges small businesses and individuals face.
In just one hour, I can help unlock possibilities in your life, career, and/or business.
For 30+ years, I have offered my skills as a life coach, business coach, and mentor toward making dreams come true. My transformational coaching shifts individuals' mindsets and company culture to see new possibilities and produce dream results.
Breakthroughs can happen in an instant, making the impossible possible. My mentoring helps clients structure pathways to success and stay the course by taking inspired actions vs being derailed by old beliefs and habits. Read my bio here.
You can receive coaching online and in person, one-on-one, and in groups. I have:
- led life coaching seminars for 100 people at a time
- led leadership programs that took place over 6 months
- led workshops with leaders in organizations and
- conducted one-on-one coaching with individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs.

We all have dreams. Big or small, tangible or intangible. Dreams are what drive us to be better than we were yesterday. The triumphant feeling we have when our dreams come true can propel us to the next bigger dream.
Yet, our dreams may be suppressed, never to be mentioned again, especially if we believe they are impossible dreams. Perhaps it is due to our past failures, fear, or discouraging remarks made by someone we love, a stranger, or a boss.
But I KNOW, by daring to dream we truly come alive, experience joy and be our best selves. My coaching takes place in a conversation. You can count on me to listen for your dreams, hold you to them, and coach you to succeed.

What we hear depends on how we listen. What we say certainly impacts our relationships at work and home. I will show and teach you how to listen for gold and speak to make a difference.
With every coaching conversation I cultivate integrity, the freedom to choose and passion in my clients. These are the impetus for us to see possibilities, to dream and to take inspired actions toward achieving our goals.
I support inmate rehabilitation. They too need dreams and support to be their best selves. They need us to listen for gold when they speak and to speak to make a difference.

The word transformation is overused and often misused.
To me, transformation means everything occurs differently, yet, nothing has changed. You still have the same family, same spouse, same job, yet you see new possibilities and realize the power and the choice to:
- pursue your dreams vs be resigned/paralyzed
- design your future regardless of your past, circumstances, negative thoughts, or fears.
When transformation happens, your relationships with family and colleagues, and, your career/business can break through to new heights.
Why I Founded Best Coach For Me
Many coaches have different techniques, philosophies, and personalities. Until you have worked with a coach, you have no idea who is the best coach for you.
It is an honor for coaches to have clients trust their life, their career, and their business in us. I want you to have the best experience and outcome in your coaching journey. That’s why I started this coaching center with coaches who agreed to offer free coaching session(s) that actually provide impact and value to you vs a free consultation where they tell you about their service. This is also our way of giving back.
